Traditional Counseling

We provide counseling services for all types of issues including depression, grief, relationships, anxiety management, parenting issues, and dependency issues. No one is excluded, we are trained to see children, adolescents and adults. Call us for our self-pay rates. We accept most insurances.

Your Counseling Goals

We will examine the patterns of your life to aid you in better understanding yourself and your behaviors. The primary purpose of this self-discovery is to help you build fresh and adaptive stress reduction skills and coping strategies. Our Counseling and psychotherapy is structured to uncover your historical behaviors and improve your self-expression and self-awareness.

My counseling style is always open, highly interactive, and positive. I will provide you with feedback, pose challenges, and make observations which you are encouraged to constructively analyze, reject, or discuss in greater detail. Identifying your inner experiences and your outward struggles can be a powerful motivator for daily change. Together, we can ensure progress towards your goals for therapy and your satisfaction with the results.

I’ll ask you to look inward deeply and challenge life-long assumptions about yourself. I hope to inspire you to have curiosity about your psychological makeup: how it has both aided and gotten in the way of your achieving goals in relationships and living. Ending therapy is in your control. Many clients worry that the therapist will try to keep them longer in therapy than they want to be. I invite you at all phases of psychotherapy to speak your mind and bring up any concerns you have with how the therapy is going.
